Refund policy

To return your product please send us a message on our Instagram @thedripcouture

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

The Drip Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when you ship the package back to us for a return/exchange.

You are also responsible to provide The Drip Couture customer service with carrier and tracking number.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.

Returns

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 14 days after receipt of your order in exchange for Store Credits.

Refunds

 

The Drip Couture DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

All Returns/Exchanges are applicable for store credits only.

Non-refundable items

  • Earrings
  • Custom Jewelry
  • Opened or worn products

To complete your return, we require the order number and email address/phone number associated with the order.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted unless authorized for a special circumstance.
